I ordered M which was one Sze up after reading the reviews and there was no need. I am Small in 99% of Zumba leggings and eventhou these are thicker ad have great compression you don't need to size up.

LOVE these pants! They are on the thicker side, but they stay up, in place and have decent compression.

These are so cute and they really hold it all in! They run just a tab bit on the smaller size but I plan to buy another one because I love them so much!

I love these pants! The texture hides undesirable divots and holds me in, in all the right places. When I’m working out I’m not thinking about them at all. They stay in place and move with me exactly the way I need them to.
