At Zumba Wear Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why, under our Return Policy, we accept returns for any reason of all merchandise (excluding accessories, 12 pack tees, and gift cards) purchased on the official website, www.zumbawear.eu, within 30 days of the original order delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, if conditions are met*. Accessories are considered to be any items, other than DVD sets, that cannot be worn as tops, bottoms, or footwear, including but not limited to bracelets, headbands, Toning Sticks, socks and flip flops. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells, and include original tags, if applicable. Item(s) returned due to possible defect are subject to verification.

This also contains the address to which you need to return the goods

Add this Return product slip into your box

Send the box to our warehouse (the address was shown on the return slip

Keep your shipping and tracking receipt which you got from your post office for follow up
When the products are returned to our warehouse they will be inspected an approved by the quality team
When approved the system automatically approves a refund to the payment method you have used during your purchase
Keep in mind that payment to paypal are going quicker (almost instant) and payment/refunds going to credit cards can take up to 10 to 15 days after we have processed the refund.
IMPORTANT: When returning products from outside the European Union, (UK has it's own local return address) for other countries outside the EU, you have to make sure your return shipment is: shipping, all duty & taxes paid. Else it can not be accepted in our warehouse. In case a shipment does get through with unpaid shipping, duties, taxes or other costs, Zumba Wear Europe has the right to refuse the returned shipment. Incase Zumba Wear Europe at its discression does decide to accept the returned shipment, but needs to pay for the importduties, taxes or other costs then Zumba Wear Europe is intitled to reduct the amount paid for duties and other costs from the refund to be made to the customer for the products.
the procedure is almost identical. You can find a return link in your Zumba Wear order tracking emails. By following that link, you'll be able to select products for return, confirm the return, and print out your return slip.
Upon receiving your return at our warehouse, our team will inspect your returned items. Once approved, an automated refund system will process the refund to the original method of payment you used when placing the order. With Zumba Wear, returning your items is always a hassle-free experience.
