Based on my previous experience with Zumba/STRONG shoes, I ordered half number smaller than my usual size (I wear 8 but ordered 7.5) and I'm glad I did! They fit just right. They felt a little stiff at first but the more I wear them the better they feel. The sole is harder than most workout shoes, which makes for loud landing when doing impact moves (no matter how soft you try to land) but I really like the support and traction they offer. I use them for STRONG, cardio and other HIIT classes and these keep me from slipping. I would not use them for Zumba due to the traction, but keep in mind this will vary depending on the type of surface you're on. Overall I am happy with how they perform.

True to size. I wear an 8 in all shoes and these fit perfectly snug. No extra room, but the toe box is on the wider side, which I really like.
They are very cloud-like cushion soled. I haven't taught in them yet, but I have spent the day running errands and was so comfy and no "break-in" was needed.

A little stiff (at first) compared to the white ones, but overall very comfy and supportive.

I Love them! They are super soft, and the bottom part of the shoe gives a lot of security on the floor for any movement. I love the color, it looks very elegant! 100% recommended! I'm usually a size 6.5 or 7, I ordered a 7.5 and it fit perfectly.

Good cushion to use for kickboxing and the pivot point is great for Zumba.

Love my strong nation shoes , true to size and very lite . 6: and a half size . I wish they have different colors too with strong name I will buy more ! ♥️? thank you . I am satisfied and very happy .
