The shoe laces don’t stay tied, frequently having to tie my shoes. Lightweight comfortable good support at this point.

Based on my previous experience with Zumba/STRONG shoes, I ordered half number smaller than my usual size (I wear 8 but ordered 7.5) and I'm glad I did! They fit just right. They felt a little stiff at first but the more I wear them the better they feel. The sole is harder than most workout shoes, which makes for loud landing when doing impact moves (no matter how soft you try to land) but I really like the support and traction they offer. I use them for STRONG, cardio and other HIIT classes and these keep me from slipping. I would not use them for Zumba due to the traction, but keep in mind this will vary depending on the type of surface you're on. Overall I am happy with how they perform.

True to size. I wear an 8 in all shoes and these fit perfectly snug. No extra room, but the toe box is on the wider side, which I really like. They are very cloud-like cushion soled. I haven't taught in them yet, but I have spent the day running errands and was so comfy and no "break-in" was needed.
