This shirt is fantastic I am typically a L but sometimes M in Strong and multiple sizes in Zumbawear. Large was not available so I opted for medium and it fits perfect. The fabric so soft and feels like a comfortable light comforting hug. I have not worn it during a workout yet so I cannot attest to quality after a wash.
