The Zumba FEST Dream Challenge is an opportunity for ZIN™ Members from the European continent to shine on stage at Zumba FEST 2025 and inspire the audience. The challenge gives participants a chance to win:
2. Who can participate?
The challenge is open exclusively to ZIN™ Members based in the European continent (see the full list of eligible countries in Point 24). Non-ZIN™ members and ZES® cannot participate.
3. Do I need a Zumba FEST ticket to participate?
Yes, you must already be a holder of a Zumba FEST 2025 ticket before February 21th 2025 to enter the challenge.

6. Is there a deadline for posting my video?
Yes, all entries must be posted on Instagram before February 21th, 2025.
7. When will the selected groups be announced?
Selected groups will be announced before February 28th, 2025.
8. Can I submit more than one entry?
Yes, participants can post multiple entries, as a group or individual, but only the most liked, commented, and inspiring video will count.
9. Can I edit my video?
Yes, you can use editing effects in your video.
10. Can I participate as part of a group?
Yes! Groups can have up to six members. The number of likes/comments will be divided by the number of group members for fair scoring.
11. Can group members be from different countries?
Yes, as long as all members are based on the European continent.
12. What happens if I am selected as an individual?
If selected as an individual, you will be placed in a group for your Zumba FEST stage performance. The final groups on stage will always consist of six max participants. (Also get exclusive guidance by one of our World Class Presenters).

The selection is based on a combination of factors, including:
14. What happens if my group is selected?
The top four most inspiring groups will perform live on stage at Zumba FEST 2025. Each group (max 6ppl) will have 10 minutes to showcase their choreography.
15. How does audience voting work?
The performance on stage is not only judged by your dancing skills or the popularity of the person or the song. The audience will vote based on how inspiring your performance has been for them.
The decibel meter, held by the host on stage, will measure the audience's cheers and applause. Results will either be displayed on the stage screen or recorded by the device. If there’s a tie, voting will be repeated for the tied groups. A backup decibel meter will also be available to ensure the process runs smoothly.

16. What do we need to bring for the onstage performance?
Participants must be dressed in original/authentic Zumba® Wear and bring their own music (on a USB, phone, or computer). The stage technical crew will assist with any technical needs. (More info follows when selected)
17. What does the grand prize include?
18. Are the ZIN™ Convention tickets transferable?
No, the tickets are non-transferable. They cannot be turned into money or used for another year. The ticket is valid only for the 2025 ZIN™ Convention.
19. What happens if I can’t attend the ZIN™ Convention or provide proof of travel?
The ZIN™ Convention ticket is only valid for the 2025 event, and travel support reimbursement will not be paid if proof of travel/attendance cannot be provided.
20. Do groups who made it to Zumba FEST but did not win the grand prize also get a prize?
Yes! All groups who participate but don’t win the grand prize will receive:
21. How can I access my Dream Challenge performance footage?
There will be a Google Drive folder with all on-stage performances, which groups can download after the event for personal or promotional use.
22. Can Zumba FEST use my video or performance footage for promotions?
Yes, by entering the challenge, you automatically grant Zumba FEST the rights to use your videos and footage for future promotional purposes.
